My stay was relaxing, enjoyable and well worth spent.

Marta was very welcoming, appreciated her giving a tour of the place, providing breakfast in the morning and having the room cleaned each day. Location of b & b was great as it was a lot quieter then the centre area, and only 15 minute walking distance away.

Wonderful location in quiet street but still just a short walk to everything Wonderful hosts who went out of their way to be helpful and provide excellent service

Air con in room really struggled but it was extremely hot during our stay Pillows were very uncomfortable but that’s a very personal thing

Such an enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this BnB and will stay here again.

Lovely BnB. Clean and pleasant in a quiet street outside the main centre but still walking distance to most of the main locations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The garden area for breakfast is gorgeous and a pleasant way to meet and chat with other travellers. The breakfast itself is delicious.

Exceptional

B&B Monte Oliveto is located on a quiet street in a wonderful neighborhood away from the crowds of tourists but close enough to walk to most of the major sights. It’s a lovely pension, decorated with character and ambiance, including a beautiful garden that the guests are welcome to enjoy. I stayed in the attic suite, which is an enchanting space with a small kitchen and a terrace. (It might not be the best room for someone tall as it has slanted ceilings and eaves that are quite low. Also, there are lots of steps, not a problem for me, but might be for some people. ) Marta is a charming and helpful host who reaches out to her guests and does all she can to make you feel comfortable. I had a wonderful stay!

Honestly, we couldn’t ask for anything more.

Very clean, very well kept. The garden is really nice to have breakfast in when the weather allows. Walking distance (10 min) from the city. The owner is really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

I highly recommend the B&B Monte Oliveto. The house is very nice, with an amazing garden. The room was super clean and confortable. The breakfast was delicious. The geographic situation is ideal, in an authentic neighborhood of the city and super close to all major sites by feet. Above everything, Marta and her mum were amazing hosts, welcoming, gave us perfect tips and helped us in any questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope we will come back !

A very enjoyable stay in a beautiful house with an exceptionally helpful host.

Marta, our host was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Her breakfasts were excellent and our room was very tastefully decorated as was the whole house. The outdoor area was also beautiful and the location worked well for us.

Only concern, when weather prevented us enjoying relaxing outside there weren’t any comfortable chairs inside to provide a cosy corner.

Fantastic place to stay in Florence. Would highly recommend. Short walk to the middle of the city, but located on a quiet street with a beautiful garden. Fantastic homemade breakfast as well.

Lovely stay with amazing hosts. Very strongly recommended!

Martha is an amazing host. She was very helpful with tips about both Florence and the surrounding area. The breakfast was amazing, do ask for "the plate"! You will be pleasantly surprised. Staying at this B&B really elevated our stay in Florence. The rooms were very comfy, the B&B was quiet and the other guests were very nice. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden in the late afternoon. The location was amazing, we really liked to be in a calm and green neighborhood. Parking was easy as there were enough spots. There were nice restaurants close-by. The inner city was about a 15 to 20 minute walk which helps to keep the crowds away.

There really was not anything that we could think of to improve.

B&B Monte Oliveto is a fantastic place to stay. It is in a more local area, so you can really experience authentic Florence. The hosts are so helpful and sweet. Breakfast was adorable and delicious. Next time in Florence I'll stay there again.

Lovely house in a quieter part of Florence but still easily accessible to the city.

Excellent breakfast with freshly cooked healthy ingredients which were well presented. We especially enjoyed the kind welcome that Marta gave us and everything was super clean. Fresh water and glasses in the bedroom was welcomed too.

Simply the best.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great for exploring Firenze on both sides of the river, everything is in walking distance. The breakfast was amazing and the garden was really nice! We would definitely recommend staying at B&B Monte Oliveto. Marta is exceptionally good in what she does and made us feel very welcomed. She gave us some good tips for the city as well.
